Shipping & Returns

All our natural bath and body items are shipped same day before 4 p.m once payment is cleared.  If order is placed after 4 p.m, it will ship next day. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Any orders over $100.00 will require a signature. Most items are shipped USPS. If item is damaged when received then you will need to contact us within 24 hrs of receipt with pictures. If item is lost you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier to be refunded of money.  Please make sure that when placing an order that the name and address is correct so as not to have a delay in shipping.

Returns:

We do understand that sometimes a product is going to be returned for whatever reason.  To start the return process you will need to contact us.  You will be responsible for your return cost, unless you were shipped the incorrect product then we will pay for the return shipping cost.  Purchase refund request may be granted within 7 days after receipt of product.  Products must be in original packing.  

**Placing insurance on all returned items is strongly recommended.
